Hmmm I can almost smell it Stiggy. I love home made bread. In fact we had to freeze one of the loaves I made a week ago or we would have eaten the lot! Not good for my waistline - but warm bread with melting butter is sure good for the soul!
The best flour I have ever found in a supermarket is the Canadian flour - works every time.
Oh and some from a mill in Lincolnshire we visited last year
